We want you to enjoy everything you purchase from us and hope you love your bread however if you have any concerns, please contact us via [email protected]

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on perishable goods.

Due to our products nature, we do not accept returns on perishable goods.

However, if your item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us at [email protected] or visit your local store or phone 1300bakerb as soon as possible. We will happily offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Non-Perishable items (e.g. merchandise)

For change-of-mind returns of non-perishable items, a refund or exchange may be offered at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided proof of purchase is supplied and the item is unused and in its original condition.

To return your prod­uct, please contact [email protected] first for approval and the next steps. Once your return is received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Catering Orders

Catering orders must be placed at least 72 hours prior to collection or delivery.

We understand plans can change. Catering orders may be cancelled or amended up to 3 days prior to collection or delivery for a full refund. Cancellations made within 3 days are non-refundable.

If there is an issue with your catering order, please contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or 1300 BAKER B. Nothing in this cancellation policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
