In collaboration with Visit Victoria, we’ve taken a little inspiration from American game-day culture and given it the Baker Bleu treatment — bringing together nostalgic flavours, house-made ingredients and a few things that are simply made for sharing.

S'mores Cookie
The hero of the range is our NFL football-shaped s’mores cookie, inspired by Mike Russell’s recent trip to the USA.
Made with macadamia nuts and filled with house-made raspberry jam, marshmallow and chocolate, it’s our take on the classic American campfire treat.
Chewy, chocolatey and delicious, it’s a pretty good excuse to get into the game-day spirit.
The S’mores Cookie is available from 7 September until Sunday 13 September at all bakeries across Melbourne and Sydney.
We’re also bringing some savoury game-day energy to the counter with two mini pizzetta flavours. Both are served with our house-made ranch dipping sauce — because a good dipping sauce is essential.

Small sourdough pizza topped with a classic combination with a sweet and spicy kick.
Cheese & Jalapeño
Melted cheese with a little jalapeño heat on a small sourdough pizza.
The Pizzetta is available from 7 September until Sunday 13 September at Baker Bleu Caulfield North, Cremorne and Double Bay.
