We are so excited to celebrate Lunar New Year at Baker Bleu this Feb with our friend Victor Liong @smokeystevenson from @leehofook @leehofooksyd 

Together, we’ve created a special menu honouring classic flavours and techniques through a Baker Bleu lens. Familiar, nostalgic tastes reimagined in unexpected ways.

Our collaboration menu brings together the craft of long-fermented dough and the bold, layered flavours of traditional Chinese cooking.

Duck sausage roll wrapped in croissant pastry with quince hoisin sauce.
Spring onion and sesame twist with a ginger glaze.
Signature @leehofook jasmine tea infused custard tarts.
